Ingredients

3 cups of chickpeas (you can use canned but it is always better to soak and boil them fresh)
1  large red onion
1 good sized green chilli
4 cloves garlic
1 cup fat-free yogurt
2 tsp mustard
Juice of a lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
4 tbs olive oil
Food processor or blending device

Method

Wash, rinse & drain your chickpeas.

Separately chop up all the ingredients that are choppable. For the chickpeas you’ll want to semi-mash them up in a large bowl.
Fry the onion, chilli and garlic together.
Combine everything in the bowl with the chickpeas.
In your food processor blend the contents to a Hummus like pastes.
Add more chilli, salt, oil to taste.
