Ethiopian Asa Goulash Recipe

750 grams light white fish
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
Oil, garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric & fresh chilli, all to taste.

Start by frying your fish in hot oil for about 3 mins, so it is cooked and sealed, now set aside.
In a pan add a little of the oil you used for the fish and add your onions and cook for 5 mins.
Now add the garlic, turmeric and chopped tomatoes and cook for 15 mins.
Add salt and black pepper and cook for 5 more mins.
Finally add the the fried fish and the fresh green chilli, gently mix, turn off the heat and after 5 mins we are ready to serve.
