Ethiopian Asa Tibs Fried Fish

This really is a simple fried fish.
You will need
750g White fish fillet
2 med Onions
1 tablespoon Kibe
5 Green Chilli
1 teaspoon Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Oil

In around 2 cm of hot oil fry the fish parts until golden brown (3 mins in our case) and set aside.
Remove all the oil apart from a little and add the onions and garlic and cook for 4 mins.
Add salt and pepper and the fish and fresh chilli cook for 3 mins and then add the butter, cook for a further 2 mins and serve.
