Ground beef stew – Minchet Abish

1lb lean ground beef
2 cups chopped red onions
2 cups water
1 cup niter kibbeh
½ tsp cardamom (koremina)
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp bishops weed
¼ tsp fresh garlic
Salt to taste
A little turmeric

Method

Dry fry onions in a pan until brown.
Add 1 cup water stirring well.
Add the kibbeh mixing well.
While stirring, sprinkle in the ground beef.
Add all the spices, stir well.
Allow to cook until the meat is cooked.
