Spiced tripe, liver and beef – Dullet

1 lb lamb tripe
1 lb lamb liver
1 lb lean minced meat
1 tbsp berbere
2 medium chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped red onions
1 cup spiced butter
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cardamom (koremina)
Salt to taste

Method

Wash the liver and tripe.
In a pan on a medium heat, cook onions along with the butter.
Add all the spices and mix well.
Turn of the heat.
Add all the meats, mix well
